Since 2012, Nilesh Gunjal has made significant contributions to psychology by conducting workshops on thoughts, behavior, Mind and emotions through workshops in companies, schools, and government offices. He always wondered why big organizations spend so much money on employee training. Then he realized—if life skills were taught in childhood, success would be much easier.

This idea led to the creation of TBM Finishing School, where children learn important life skills and personality development. While working with students, Nilesh noticed that many faced challenges due to a lack of proper guidance at a young age. He decided to focus on building their confidence, decision-making, and emotional strength.

He also saw that parents play a big role in a child’s growth. So, he started parenting workshops to help them support their children better. He developed a special method to study each child’s personality, emotions, and thinking, creating personalized training for them. His approach brought big changes—children became more confident, made better decisions, and handled emotions well. They avoided bad habits and harmful relationships, and many who struggled to talk to parents found comfort in sharing their thoughts with Nilesh.

Today, TBM Finishing School has a team of 30 experts who assess and guide children, but Nilesh personally trains them to ensure real growth. Since 2012, this school has changed the lives of many children, helping them build a bright and successful future.
